EMPOWERMENT & WELLNESS | A Pick-Me-Up Playlist for Shitty Times
I think music is one of the (often overlooked) key elements in how we make ourselves feel alive, energized, and at home.
The one thing I can cling to when my life feels a little upside down is music! I’ve always turned to tunes whenever I’ve needed a lift or something to accompany whatever emotional state I am in whether that be happy, tortured, flat, bouncy, energetic or focussed.
I thought I’d share some of the music that’s been filling my space lately to help me tackle a new day in the best frame of mind possible. So..in the spirit of making my days a whole lot bouncier and brighter, I’m going back to my roots and have crafted a playlist to ease myself through one of the more ‘difficult times of late.
I hope this playlist lifts you up and inspires you to let your worries melt away, at least for the next few hours. Crank it up and dance like noone’’s watching, it really is the best antidote.
