COLOUR

Choose a shade (warm or cool) that matches your undertone. Cooler pinks for cool undertones, coral for warmer undertones. Choose the depth of colour depending on your skin tone (fair, light, medium, deep, dark)

FORMULA

Cream for a natural, dewy, quick finish that looks like skin. Powder when you're going for a more complete makeup look and you want staying power.

PLACEMENT

Smile to find the fullest part of your cheeks. You want to be applying where there's the most volume. Don't go much further in than the middle of your pupils, or you risk a sunburnt look. Don't go too low down the face or it will drag your face down. Aim for an area mid cheekbone, above where you would contour, and below where you would highlight.

APPLICATION

Use a medium sized soft fluffy brush and apply really softly, building as you go. Pretend you’re massaging your face with a little feather duster. That's how light the pressure should be. Or with a cream, you can use your fingers to warm up the product and dab it on, using the heat from your fingers to work it in.
